    GRANDPARENTS DAY

    The Aurobindo International School Pre-Primary section celebrated ‘Grand Parents Day’ on 28 th January 2019. The celebration began with the traditional welcome followed by a Cultural show, Games, Ramp walk and High tea. The event was filled with lot of mesmerising moments for the celebrities of the day. They enjoyed playing the games and were as enthusiastic as their grand children. The Ramp walk by the grand parents along with their grandchildren stole the show. It was really great to see the senior citizens so lively, enthusiastic and filled with the spirit. The High tea had the mouthwatering relishes prepared by the staff members were sauoured with great appreciation. Last but not the least was the Musical Chair race where the energy of the grandparents left everybody dumbstruck. The Grand parents shared their life experiences and left an inspiring effect on everybody. The prize distribution ceremony was followed by the vote of thanks by the Principal Karuna Nagpal. The Principal thanked the Pre-Primary staff, the parents, the Grand parents for making the event a success. She thanked Mrs Ritu Bhatt for coordinating the event and managing everything perfectly.

    Winter Carnival

    Aurobindo International School, Jaipur organised The Winter Carnival on 23rd December 2018. The Director Dr. Bharat Parashar, Co-Director Ms. Shalini Parashar and the members of Disha School inaugurated the event. The glorious event began sharp at 12 after the inauguration. After the lamp lighting ceremony the Chief Guest Director Sir & Madam visited the stalls with Principal Karuna Nagpal along with Mrs. Ritu Bhatt. There were 55 stalls in all comprising of eatables, games, art & craft, cosmetics, hand made products by Disha, cold & hot drinks, Chat corner, swings, request your song & selfie booth. The gathering of more than 1000 people enjoyed the carnival the main attraction was Selfie booth & Santa Clause who enchanted the children & distributed them sweets. These more five lucky draws which were exclusively, meant for the school children. The Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal announced the Draws and Bhuvik Agnihotri of Nursery won the first prize. The other four exiting prizes were also won by the students of nursery, K.G, II and VI. The school teachers showed their utter dedication & team work in the commencement of the event. The Selfie booth was announced as the best decorated stall. Ms. Vaidehi & Ms. Pooja won the prize. Ms.Archana, Ms. Mamta and Ms. Vijaya bagged the first prize for savouring dish stall. The students parents and the gathering couldn’t resist them selves dancing on the floor. The carnival was a successful show. Principal Karuna Nagpal thanked the children, parents, teachers their families, non teaching staff and everybody who contributed and cooperated to make the show a successful one.

    Taekwondo Championship

    Aurobindo International School participated in District level Taekwondo Championship held at Jyoti Punj School on 17-18 November 2018. The students performed stunningly and won awards. Hejal bagged gold medal. Hemakshi and Bhavishya won silver medals and Akshita, Digivijay, Arnav and Mohit won bronze medals. Principal Karuna Nagpal congratulated the students and the coach for bringing laurels to the school

    Global Teachers Award 2018

    “National Sports Day”

    Today (August 29, 2018) the “National Sports Day” was organized in the school to mark the birth anniversary of legendary hockey player Major Dhyan Chand Singh the students were made aware about the life and valuable services rendered by Padma Bhushan Major Dhyan Chand in the field of hockey. It was the day full of fun and frolic for the children. The little ones of the Pre-Primary wing had a flat race. The students of classes I to VII also participated in different races like skipping the rope race, hopping race, three legged race, relay race etc. Children cheered each participant and had fun.

    1st Talent Show

    Aurobindo International School organized is I Talent show on 31 March, 2018 with great gusto. There was a plethora of competitions in different fields including dance, music. Drawing & painting, singing and colouring. The day started with lamp lighting followed by Saraswati Vandana. Then after the participants were escorted to their respective venues. The students gave stunning performances on stage. The children showcased their talents left the audience dumbstruck. 200 participants from different school of Jaipur enjoyed day. The show commenced with the prize giving ceremony. Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal and Co. Director Ms. Shalini Prashar encouraged & motivated the students with their kind words and gave the prizes to the winners.
