“Critical & Creative Thinking (PRP)”

Aurobindo International School located at Sirsi Road Jaipur played the host for facilitating aworkshop on “Critical & Creative Thinking (PRP)”. This was a milestone seminar in a series of important seminars on “The Capacity Building Program” sponsored by Center of Excellence, Ajmer, C.B.S.E. It was a 2-day workshop from 9 am to 5 pm on July 21st& 22nd 2023.
The workshop was inaugurated by Director Dr. Bharat Parashar and Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal by lighting up the ceremonial lamps. Principals and senior Teachers of renowned schools from several cities of Rajasthan witnessed the ceremony as they came to attend the workshop from near and far.
Ms. Kanchan Joshi (Principal), Cygnus World School, Vadodara and Ms. Shweta Gill (Principal), Ch. Motaram MMSS Public School, Suratgarh were the main Resource persons at this workshop. The objective of this workshop was to arm the teachers with powerful and innovative techniques within the ambit of “Critical & Creative Thinking” that could be applied towards the holistic development of students.
The special invitees and participants were welcomed traditionally at the venue by outstanding students and teachers of Aurobindo International School. The program began by offering prayers to invoke blessings of Goddess Saraswati.This was followed by serving refreshments to all participants.
It was encouraging to note the diverse opinions expressed by the learned participants present in the workshop. Many useful tips and suggestions were shared by the resource persons themselves. All invitee Principals shared their own individual experiences and views in the workshop. A number of creative and artistic activities were also interspersed in the workshop. The objective was to maintain and sustain the process of learning by the teachers and empower them to apply it to motivate their students to become responsive and responsible. Besides,some important issues were highlighted by some of the learned speakers pertaining to various dimensions of our education system. Through this workshop, CBSE Principals and senior teachers introduced their innovative methods and techniques to the participants to achieve composite and comprehensive development of the students and the education system in general.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal thanked the Resource Persons, Principals and all the teachers who attended the workshop and made it a grand success.
